A great start to the 2014-2015 Edmonton South year.

Following up on a promise made at the District Conference in Athabasca.  

For the first time in Edmonton South history, a father and son duo were both recognized for their contributions to the Paul Harris Society. 

The Sgt at Arms teams have been assembled.
For 2010-2011 the role will rotate.

Edmonton South Rotary funded a project with the Rotary Club of SavuSavu

On Wednesday we presented the Jerry Forbes Centre with a cheque from the Mardi Gras Dinner Auction proceeds. Just over $30,000 towards there efforts to build the centre.

Today at our Valentine's Day Lunch meeting we were treated to a new member induction! Dr Thomas Palakleamanil was sponsored by Sam George. Bill Pechtel read the "Charge" and President Duane Koch presented him with his pin and certificate - Welcome Thomas!!!

Donalda Farwell was recognized for her contribution of spirit.

Ron Fath wins the 2012 Low Net score at 95 years young!

Saskia - Our Rotary Exchange student has this year has completed her stay in Canada. We will miss her enthusiasm and cheerful nature - You were a shining example of a Rotary spirit. Good luck in your future endevours and may your life be an adventure.

It was Back to Class for Edmonton South Rotary. 

 Once again the Rotary Club of Edmonton South has achieved the prestigious distinction of earning a Presidential Citation.

Don Gardner recognized this years Paul Harris recipients.

Edmonton South members took a few hours on two Saturdays in September to collect donations for the Terra Centre for Pregnant and Parenting Teens.

The Rotary Club of Edmonton South has raised $5550 for ShelterBox to assist with the disaster relief in Haiti. These are actually personal donations from individual club members but we would like to have our club recognized as making the contribution. Of course the individual donors would like tax receipts.
