On the last Friday of each month the Rotary Club of Edmonton has committed to serve the 220 students of St. Elizabeth School a hot pancake breakfast.
Our members come together at 7:30 am the prepare the pancakes and then serve students starting at 8:30 am. The school and the students all appreciate the efforts and gleefully show their appreciation and gratitude.

St. Elizabeth serves a community with a significant percentage of low income immigrant families and many may struggle with food insecurities and so the pancakes offer another relief to those who may not have had a big breakfast already.
