The Chiang Mai International Rotary Club's Annual Winter Cloth Appeal is underway. The emphasis is on collecting children's clothing and this year we've added school supplies to the items we're collecting and distributing to mountain villages in Chiang Mai province. If you're coming to Chiang Mai soon, please visit a thrift shop or budget store and bring children's clothing or school supplies with you. Here is the timeline for this year's campaign:
- 1 - 7 October: Collection Boxes put in place
- 15 October - 15 November: Collection Boxes checked and emptied as needed
- 20 - 24 November: Final sorting and bagging
- 24 November - 2 December: Final delivery to villages
