Estes Valley Sunrise Rotary – Having Fun & Shining for Our Community

About Our Club & Tuesday Meetings
Visitors are welcome at our Tuesday morning club meetings. Members begin gathering for coffee and chitchat at the Other Side Restaurant at about 6:40 a.m. The actual meeting begins at 7:00 a.m. and concludes promptly at 8:00 a.m. Our Tuesday meetings feature interesting speakers from the Estes Valley community and around the world.

Estes Valley Sunrise Rotary puts significant energy into local service projects benefiting the Estes Valley community. Our two main fundraisers are the Labor Day Weekend Arts and Crafts Show and the Autumn Gold Festival, this year on September 24 & 25, 2016. Our spring Casino Night fundraiser specifically benefits middle and high school athletics in Estes Park. While a small percentage of the funds that we raise go to Rotary International for global projects such as worldwide Polio eradication, the majority of our fundraised dollars remain here in the Estes Valley.

Each spring, Estes Valley Sunrise Rotary accepts grant applications from local non-profits and community groups. Grants are awarded based on need and relevance to the community. We also provide matching grants to supplement donations by our members to local non-profits and community groups. The matching grant amount ceiling is currently $200 per member. Finally, we provide approximately one dozen scholarships each spring to graduating high school students. Estes Valley Sunrise Rotary, "Shining for the Community."
