Sherry Quick/Arlene Greenberg/Sherry Hemingway; and Meet the 2017-2018 RCMH HS Scholarship Awardees!
May 30, 2018
Thirty-one years ago this month, the first women were admitted to Rotary International and shortly thereafter (on May 1, 1988) three women were simultaneously inducted into the Rotary Club of Morgan Hill. From our current perspective, women members in Rotary is a given, but it wasn’t always so. We will look back to the U.S. Supreme Court decision that made it possible nationally, and recognize the men of our club who made it happen locally. Our guests will include our club’s first women Rotarians from 1988, as well as our first women club president. It is a fascinating history that, especially new members, will want to hear. |

Measure Issue Education
Sep 19, 2018 1:00 PM
For the first time, in many years, Morgan Hill has local ballot measures in the upcoming November 2018 election. We will also have informational flyers for each with a website link where further information can be found. In addition, we would like to call attention to County Proposition 6 and the local Morgan Hill infrastructure projects that are tied to the funding source that Prop 6 would end. Lastly, Leslie Little, Assistant City Manager for Community Development, will provide a very brief over view of changes in the affordable housing arena that will likely override our growth control system. |
