Measure Issue Education

For the first time, in many years, Morgan Hill has local ballot measures in the upcoming November 2018 election.
We will provide an educational overview of the three measures:  Measure H – Transient Occupancy Tax Increase, Measure I – Cannabis Tax increase,  Measure J – Appointive City Clerk.

We will also have informational flyers for each with a website link where further information can be found.

In addition, we would like to call attention to  County Proposition 6 and the local Morgan Hill infrastructure projects that are tied to the funding source that Prop 6 would end.

Lastly, Leslie Little, Assistant City Manager for Community Development, will provide a very brief over view of changes in the affordable housing arena that will likely override our growth control system.
