There are so many ways to have fun and showcase your clubs projects and culture!
Have your club compete with other clubs at the Golf Tournament on Thursday.
Serve other Rotarians in our district at the Food Fest on Friday night.
Showcase your club with a table in The House of Friendship for the entire conference.
Network and Fellowship at all of the scheduled events and break out sessions!
Have your club or business sponsor one of the conference events.
We are going to have a fabulous time Back at the Beau. The focus of this conference is to Celebrate Our Clubs and Our Clubs' Accomplishments. We hope to see everyone come out and celebrate together!
We will also be having some awesome check-in swag, entertainment throughout the weekend, exciting speakers and a 50/50 raffle starting from Food Fest all the way to our Bon Voyage Breakfast on Sunday.
Every event on Saturday we will be giving away some spectacular prizes that will be showcased in the House of Friendship. The big 50/50 winner will be drawn on Sunday morning at the Bon Voyage Breakfast so don't forget to sign up for the breakfast! Need not be present to win but you will need to be present to have a chance to participate.
It's been a long time since we have all had a chance to be together and share our Rotary experiences.
Let's join in ending this Rotary year with a bang!
