SEND HUNGER PACKING 2023

Please join us to help SEND HUNGER PACKING!

On Saturday, October 28 at 9:00am, a total of up to 200 Rotarians and other local volunteers will gather in the cafeteria at Ann Arbor Pioneer High School to assemble packets of dry ingredients for a total of 30,000 “one-pot” meals. The project will be supported by $10,500 in donations and is expected to take less than two hours. In general, one-third of the packets will go to local food pantries/soup kitchens, one-third will be sent internationally, and the final third kept to address emergencies.

The worthwhile, energizing, and fun project is open to everyone from elementary school age and up. Last year's event including many young people with parents, and several family groups with three generations of participants.
