Welcome to our webpage.  We are one of 6 Chatham-Kent Rotary clubs that are part of District 6380 (which is comprised of clubs in Ontario Canada, and in Michigan USA.)

 

I am honoured to be president this year as we experience the first woman to become president of Rotary International, fellow local Canadian, Jennifer Jones.

 

This year our club will be working on local and global projects to demonstrate that we are People of Change who value "Service for Self".We are an active club with many local projects and involvement in international projects.  Some of our members participate in travelling to areas of the world in need of assistance such as Kenya and Guatemala.  Others focus strictly on the Tilbury area.

 

This year we will also be preparing to celebrate our 75th Anniversary  in August of 2023 with a variety of projects including one for the betterent of the Environment: the addition of Bee and Pollinator centres to the Northside Park Walk. Take a few minutes to scan our website and see the scope of our current projects.

 

There are endless opportunities to serve our community and the world to make life better for all.  Our areas of focus are Women and Children, Peace, Healthcare, Economic Development, Water and Sanitation,the Promotion of Literacy. and our newest area of focus, Evnvironment.
