End Polio Now Walk 2020

The Rockton-Roscoe Rotary Club hosted its inaugural End Polio Now Walk on October 24th, World Polio Day.

Rockton-Roscoe Rotary Makes Masks

The Rockton-Roscoe Rotary club participated in an area-wide mask-making project organized by the Rockford Rotary Club. Congratulations to the local Rotary clubs for finishing 3,000 face shields for local healthcare facilities! We had a great time sharing stories as we assembled the shields. Good times!

Helping the S Beloit Food Pantry

The Rockton-Roscoe Rotary Club volunteered on a hot June night to help distribute food at the South Beloit Food Pantry in South Beloit, IL.

Rotary Challenge - 70 in 7

The Rockton-Roscoe Rotary Club and the Loves Park Rotary Club have joined forces to support the Rockford Rescue Mission. The Rotary Challenge 70 in 7 was launched April 2, 2020. The goal is to reach 70 donations in 7 days to support homelessness in Rockford. As the world slows down, homelessness does not stop.

Roscoe, IL: The Northern Winnebago County Rotary Club members voted unanimously to change their name to the Rockton-Roscoe Rotary Club. The club will continue to serve the Rockton, Roscoe, South Beloit and Shirland communities.

Holiday Food Drive Donation

The Rockton-Roscoe Rotary Club donated $400 to the Harlem-Roscoe Fire Department Food Drive.

Serving at Holiday Craft & Vendor Fair

Walking tacos, cinnamon rolls, and apple cobbler were the popular items at the recent Roscoe
PTO sponsored Happy Holidays Craft & Vendor Fair on November 9, 2019.

Serving at Carpenter's Place

Northern Winnebago County Rotary Club served this morning at the Carpenter's Place Outreach in Rockford, Illinois. Carpenter's Place is an outreach organization that provides individuals with the tools necessary for rebuilding the lives of homeless adults.

Roscoe Fall Festival Parade

Roscoe Fall Festival Parade was a great event where the Rotary club showed off their candy-throwing techniques. The parade was attended by hundreds even with the rain. What a great way to showcase Rotary and enjoy a day in the community.
