Rotary Youth Exchange January Outbound Orientation

We are pleased to welcome you as an exchange student candidate to District 5360 Rotary Youth Exchange!
 

Event details:

When: January 18, 2020
Where: Windsor Park Community Hall, Calgary, AB
Start time: 9:00AM
Note: Lunch will be provided
 

Student Candidates: 

• It is mandatory for students to attend this event to move forward in the program.
   
• Please register as "guests" (left-hand side of this webpage). If you have any allergies/food restrictions, please leave a comment when registering.

​Note: Parents do not need to attend this event.
 

Counsellors:

• Counsellors must be present for the January Orientation. If the counsellor cannot be present, another Rotarian from the club must be sent in their place.
   
• Please bring all completed & signed originals of the following forms:
  • ​Reciprocal Student Exchange Agreement Form
  • Program Rules & Conditions Form
  • Parent Contract
  • Student, Parent, and Sponsor Endorsement Guarantee Form
     
• ​Please bring a laptop for the Outbound Counsellor Training (or share with someone else if you do not have a laptop).
