Rotary Youth Exchange Banff Trip

You are invited to the RYE Banff Trip!

Event details:

• When: January 26 - 30, 2020
• Where: Banff, Alberta, Canada. Address for the Banff Park Lodge: 222 Lynx St, Banff, AB
• Transportation for students can be arranged if needed.
• Cost: $900.00 per student. Students are expected to bring their own spending money for any extras (i.e. souvenirs).

Registration and payment deadline: November 27, 2019

​Note: Chaperones are welcome to join. Please register if you will be attending. The cost is $450.00 per chaperone and covers hotel, skiing, hot springs, snowshoeing and dog sledding.
 

Payment details:

• Payment must be made from the club directly to Rotary District 5360. 
  • Send cheques to: 3688 48 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T3J 5C8
  • Please include "RYE - Banff Trip" and the student and/or chaperone's name on the memo line

Itinerary:

• Sunday, January 26
  • Pickup for students who need transportation between 2:00 - 3:00PM (more information will be provided closer to the event date)
  • Mixer
  • Walk the Town​
     
• Monday, January 27
  • Breakfast at 8:00AM - 9:00AM
  • Pick-up at hotel for dog sledding at 9:45AM
  • Banff Hot Springs in the afternoon
     
• Tuesday, January 28
  • Breakfast at 8:00AM - 9:00AM
  • Pick-up at hotel for downhill skiing at 9:30AM 
     
• Wednesday, January 29
  • Breakfast at 8:00AM - 9:00AM
  • Snowshoeing morning activity 
  • Explore & shop the town in the afternoon
     
• Thursday, January 30
  • Breakfast at 8:00AM - 9:00AM
  • Depart
