On Wednesday March 2nd, Rotary District 5360 and 5370 have decided to embrace the theme of “Empowering Women and Girls” and participate in the Secret 3K. This event has been held for the last four years and started because of the courage of a young Afghan women who ran the first Marathon of Afghanistan despite being verbally and physically abused for running in public. The Secret 3k is a virtual event so invite Rotary members, family and friends to be part of the journey where ever they are in the world. Last year we had over 2,000 participants from 23 countries.
