Petawawa Rotary changes meeting times
The Rotary Club of Petawawa will trial two meetings per month. The first Tuesday of every month we will hold a dinner meting in The Rotary Room at the Petawawa Library, Petawawa Civic Centre. The time for this meeting is 6:00PM for 6:15. The third Tuesday of the month will be a lunch meeting at Danny's Restaurant, 3432 Petawawa Blvd. Petawawa. The meeting time is 12:00 noon to 1:00PM. |

Welcome: President Lynne opened the meeting at 6:15 pm.
Guests: President Lynne welcomed Mr. Femi Babalola to the meeting as our guest and prospective member. Correspondence - Letter from the Town of Petawawa re the presentation of the Parks and Recreation Master Plan. To be held on Thursday November 25 at the Civic Centre (Rotary Room) at 7:00 p.m. - Letter from Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration asking for nominations for the June Callwood Outstanding Achievement Award for Voluntarism in Ontario. Deadline is Dec. 5, 2010. - Letter from the Pembroke Salvation Army thanking us for our donation to their food bank. - Letter from the Renfrew County United Way inviting participation in the Annual United Way Curling Fun Spiel on November 27, 2010. |
