John Spatafore is attorney and president of the Homeless Foundation of San Luis Obispo County and Grace McIntosh is deputy director of Community Action Partnership of SLO County Inc. (CAPSLO).

They will review the new homeless center's mission, who it will serve and the myriad of services that it will offer. Spatfore led the huge fundraising endeavor. McIntosh oversees six CAPSLO divisions that operate 18 programs and was instrumental in establishing the programs there.
