The Cause
Our Annual Car Raffle event is our flagship fundraiser. Last year, we sold over 5000 tickets to people across the Cayman Islands. We are proud to have been able to raise over $50,000 which is being used to support and facilitate community service projects, both locally and internationally, this year. We only collect the necessary information to facilitate your participation in the raffle and related activities. Typically, we collect:

- Notifying winners and awarding prizes.
- Sharing organizational updates related to the raffle.
- Publishing winner details (name and image) on social media and in publications like the Cayman Compass.
- Maintaining a record of winners and prizes awarded.
We will never collect sensitive data as defined under the Data Protection Act.
Protecting Your Information:
We implement robust physical and technical safeguards to secure your information. Non-winning ticket data is destroyed securely within one month after the raffle concludes. Winner details (excluding contact information) may be retained for up to six months after prize distribution.

Only authorized Rotary Sunrise members involved in raffle operations can access your data. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will promptly inform affected individuals and report the incident to relevant authorities within 72 hours.
