Answering Rotaract President Adrean’s call for assistance in training his club’s officers and aspiring leaders
President Michael, Rotarian David Watler, and Directors Pat, Frank, and JD spent time helping members of the Rotaract Club of Grand Cayman “up their game” and improve their leadership skills. Training modules covered subjects that included the officers’ duties, the avenues of service, and fundraising strategies. The Rotaractors responded with their usual youthful enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and positive attitude.
