REDI Conference Seeks Sponsors and Diners

As you know, the next Rotarian Emergency Disaster Initiative (REDI) conference will be held right here in Grand Cayman next month on February 11th and 12th. Although most Sunrise Rotarians will opt not to attend the full conference, there are two easy ways for you or your company to show support for this international disaster readiness program.

First, you are encouraged to sign up for the keynote luncheon to be held on Saturday, February 12th at noon, featuring General Russel Honoré as the keynote speaker. The General is best known for coordinating military relief efforts in Hurricane Katrina-affected areas across the U.S. Gulf Coast and restoring order to New Orleans, Louisiana. The luncheon will be held at the Marriott Grand Cayman Beach Resort and the cost per person is CI$63. A sign-up sheet will be circulated at every club meeting from now until the day of the luncheon.

Second, your company can show its support for disaster preparedness by becoming a sponsor of the REDI conference. Sponsorship levels start at only $250 and offer an array of benefits.
