March 8th Guest Speaker: Sophia Harris, LL.B.

Sophia-Ann Harris (nee Solomon) is the founder of the law firm Solomon Harris. 

She is a council member of the Cayman Islands Law Society, and the Caymanian Bar Association.  Sophia was the first female President of the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman and is a Past Assistant Governor.  Sophia is a Past President of the Chamber of Commerce and has addressed the United Nations on a number of occasions for the Chamber, including the United Nations General Assembly on constitutional matters for the Cayman Islands.  She has also served as a member of the Labour Appeals Tribunal, served as Chairman of the Cayman Islands Business Staffing Plan Board and is the current Chairman of the Immigration Appeals Tribunal.
