The Pines Retirement Home November Birthday Luncheon, which our club organizes annually, will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2015.
The residents celebrating their birthday in November are:
09 November – Olive Miller
13 November – Jennie Fletcher
We are asked to start arriving at 11:45, for the Luncheon to start at 12:30 sharp. will be between 12 noon and possibly 1:30 - 2:00. This year we will be catering to 34 residents and staff. We will need assistance with the distribution of food and drinks to the residents. A sign up sheet will be circulated at this weeks Wednesday meeting to get the names of Rotarians who will be able to assist.
Interaction with the EarlyActors was especially well received by the seniors last year, and we are working on having them be in attendance to entertain and join in the singing once again.
Our aim is to ensure that the residents have a truly wonderful time enjoying the meal and the interactions with us all.
