CALL FOR SELLERS $5 and $10 Flea Market

PLEASE REGISTER TODAY. WE NEED MORE SELLERS TO MAKE THIS A VIABLE FUNDRAISER.

This event is hosted by Rotary Sunrise Club's Rotary Foundation Committee. We aim to raise a minimun of USD2,000, $1,500 of which will be donated to The Rotary Foundation (USD25 in the name of each member); the rest will cover venue rental and rental of tables and chairs for the event.

HOW WILL IT WORK?

We need 15 teams, each of which will have a Team Leader and give itself a unique name, just for the fun of it.  The venue will be set up for you: inside the Lions Centre, each team will have one 30" X 72" table and 2 plastic chairs. There will also be a hanger for displaying dresses and other clothing and we will have cold bottled water and soft drinks for you (no charge).

You will bring your items, in good condition, to the venue, tagged KYD5 or KYD10 and be responsible for selling the items. The funds you raise will be handed over to the Rotary Foundation Committee and the team that raises the most funds will receive a prize of a Camana Bay gift certificate for KYD125.

You may keep your unsold items or hand them to the Rotary Foundation Committee which will donate them to local charities.
