Before pursuing his songwriting career, Billy enjoyed success as a jazz pianist and composer, appearing at the JVC Jazz Festival and popular New York City clubs such as Michael’s Pub and Eddie Condon’s where he was a member of the Eddie Condon’s All Stars. Billy recorded a well received jazz instrumental CD, “Southern Fried”. With a publishing deal and a move to Nashville, Billy brought his unique take on songwriting to the country and pop market, finding success on the charts with hits and recordings by a who’s who of stars. Billy is now resides in Santa Fe. |

Barak is a mostly retired, long-time public health leader in NM working in Rural Primary Care, EMS and Trauma Systems, and as the Director of the Public Health Division in the NM Department of Health. Barak has served as an analyst for the Senate Health and Public Affairs Committee for the last seventeen years when they are in session. For the last nine years, Barak has been deeply involved with end-of-life issues and is on the founding Board of Directors for the newly created non-profit, End of Life Options New Mexico. He is grateful for this opportunity to help improve our care systems and support New Mexicans in their end-of-life decisions, now including medical aid in dying. |

With a background in the liberal arts and 35 years of experience in design and construction, he approaches his work with an innate understanding of both the tectonics and the poetics of architecture. Devendra founded DNCA in 2002, and he specializes in the design of education, fine arts and performing arts facilities, as well as residential projects. Prior to Devendra’s formal education in architecture, he worked in the construction industry as a builder, site superintendent, and mason for 15 years. |

Jay is the Transportation Director for Los Alamos National Lab but he loves the weather. With a degree in broadcast journalism and a minor in meteorology, Faught previously worked as a chief meteorologist for news stations in Ohio and as a fill-in forecaster at KRQE-TV in Albuquerque. In addition to his work at the labs he created the Santa Fe Weather Page on Facebook just for Sante Feans. |
