Meeting: Maria Sanchez-Tucker

Maria Sanchez-Tucker, Interim Director of the New Mexico History Museum. She will share insights on the museum's latest initiatives, upcoming exhibitions, and ongoing efforts to preserve and celebrate New Mexico's rich cultural heritage.

Ms. Sanchez-Tucker brings more than 20 years of leadership in public administration, libraries, and historical preservation. She previously served as Community Services Director and Library Division Director for the City of Santa Fe, as well as founding Executive Director of the Bessemer Historical Society. She holds advanced degrees in museum science and library science, and her projects have earned grants from the NEA, NEH, and IMLS.
