Murder Mystery Dinner Fundraiser
The Murder Mystery Dinner Fundraiser is scheduled for Sunday, February 2, 2025, beginning at 4 PM at Storrowton Carriage House. This event promises an engaging evening full of intrigue, hilarity, and unscripted moments you simply can't find anywhere else! Guests will enjoy a lively, interactive dinner and work together to solve the evening's crime, all while supporting a worthy cause. But beware! The killer is hiding in plain sight somewhere in the room, and if you aren't careful, you may find yourself a suspect...

Community Grants Program OPEN! Deadline to Apply: May 2, 2025

The Rotary Club of West Springfield is currently accepting applications from local individuals, groups & organizations seeking Community Grant funds which will be awarded in Spring of 2025.
 
In keeping with Rotary International’s motto of “Service about Self”, Community Grants are prioritized based on requests demonstrating the greatest degree of benefit, and maximum positive impact in serving people of and around West Springfield.  The Board places a high priority on requests funding capital improvement needs which have an opportunity to provide continued benefits to the local community.
 
Grants amounts up to $3,000 are available for 501c3 organizations, OR up to $2,000 for non-501c3 organizations.

The Rotary Clubs of West Springfield and Agawam came together for their annual Thanksgiving Meeting on Tuesday 11/21 at the Storrowton Carriage House.  The much anticipated event brings both communities together ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday and its longstanding Terriers vs. Brownies football game.  Guests included students, coaches, and leaders from both town's football teams, cheerleading squads, and marching bands, as well as each town's mayor and other officials.  The consistent theme was the importance of community, collaboration, and coming together.  Attendees were encouraged to bring canned goods and non-perishable items which were donated to The Parish Cupboard which serves both communities.  Happy Thanksgiving and Go Terriers!

The Rotary Club of West Springfield is a proud sponsor of the 2023 Yuletree Jubilee hosted by the Red Thread Network.  The event takes place from Friday 11/24-Sunday 12/3 in the Community Room at the West Springfield Public Library.  All are welcome and parking and admission are free!

Mark your calendars, and get ready to Rock ‘n Roll with the Northeast AllStars! As in years past, hundreds of guests will gather at the Morgan Road Pavilion in West Springfield to enjoy food, drinks, and rock out to top artists from bands all around the Northeast, including The Tony Lee Thomas Band, the Deadheads MA, the Alchemystics, the Hornets, and more. Proceeds from this event support our vital Community Grants Program, which go to organizations such as The Parish Cupboard, West Springfield Boys & Girls Club, West Side Helping Hands, the West Springfield Public Library, as well as supporting the humanitarian efforts of Rotary International. This year’s concert has an all-new theme and an all-new date, and the spirit of Rock-N-Roll is stronger than ever! This will be an unforgettable night of music in support of a great cause. Time for a little spring cleaning!

On Saturday April 22, members of the Rotary Club of West Springfield participated in the 13th Annual West Springfield Clean-Up Day.  Team Rotary cleaned the Elm Street section of town, one of twenty sites cleaned by volunteers.  The event is hosted and coordinated by the West Springfield Environmental Committee and West Side Helping Hands.

Members of the Rotary Club of West Springfield gathered at Memo's in West Springfield for breakfast.  A perfect way to start the day- hot coffee, delicious food, and great company!
