It's been quite a while since I've written to you, I must really do it more often. I hope that you all are doing fine and that the winter isn't to harsh.
I looked at my bear today, the one that Bill made for me and read the read you all had signed, it brought back so many memories. Oh I wish I could be an exchange student again!

Things here are going fine, i'm now in my second semester at the university, and I still enjoy it a lot. My group and I passed our exam this winter which was nice because then we could start all fresh on the second semester.
I still enjoy living in Copenhagen, it's so beautiful biking to school every morning and bike past the parliament buildings and our national theater. In the winter months when the sun rose aobut 8 am, it was beautiful so bike past Nyhavn, where there are a lot of sailing ships and a red sun in the background.
I do miss being so close to the forest as I was when I lived at home, on the other hand the ocean is only 10 minutes away on bike.

A couple of weeks ago Mikkel and I went to Berlin to attend the film festival. It was lots of fun and also fun to pretend being someone important when you flashed your press card. We saw some very good movies and some movies that were not that good. One movie that made a very big impression on me was "Hotel Rwanda", you have probably heard about, two of the actors are nominated to an Oscar. If you haven't it takes place in Rwanda during the conflict between the Hutus and Tutsies. A man, Paul Rusesabagina, decides to help people, whether they are Hutus or Tutsies and give them shelter at the hotel he is working at. Many times their lifes are in danger and the Westerne World does nothing to stop the massacre. At the press conference the the leading actors were there of course, but the big surprise was that the "real" Paul Rusesabagina were there as well. Amazing to see a real hero and hear the story from his very own mouth, a man that I can only admire.

During the Easter Mikkel and I are going to New York, well actually we are going to stay at some friends, but I think we'll be in NY most of the time. So if you plan a little trip during Easter to NY, just let me know :-)
