Reconstructive surgery to repair palates and lips, repair burn injuries and help with dignity are the cornerstones of this Rotary sponsored
mission begun in 2004.
During the 4th of 10 planned, 10 day missions recently, the group spent time teaching up to
160 locals to help, and provided 71 surgeries, 52 burn reconstructs, 12 cleft lip and palate repair and 7 hysterectomies.
Patrons walked up to 250 kms for this help. Open fire cooking adds a lot to crowded family danger.
Ethiopia tends to be a popular spot for Restor.

B.C. Rotarian Jennie Byrd was in Edmonton visiting several clubs and to promote Restor.
