Last week there was excitement on the Rotary Wheel Of Fortune!
Hugo spun the $100.00 bill spot on the wheel; but the hard part was still coming!
He now had to draw a Joker from a diminished card deck of 45 cards....And He Did!
Graciously throwing the big win back into the Rotary pot, Hugo will be helping Operation Eyesight
