The Royal Alberta Museum has been great for interesting speakers over the years.
Melissa Bowerman has held us captive twice this year and we could listen any time.
Interesting and informative, we learned that 300 million years isn't old if you're a mountain,
like the Rockies are. 1.2 BILLION years old, like Waterton Park is old.
Studying volcanoes helps determine mineral deposits among other things.
