Tamara Larson is in charge of youth programs and works with 58 Rotary clubs in establishing dynamic, relevant and engaging programs for young Rotary Leaders: mentorship, leadership training, international Youth Exchange opportunities, establish Interact Clubs (12 to 17 years of age) and Rotaract Clubs (18 to 30 years of age), RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards), RYLE (Rotary Youth Leadership Experience), RYPEN (Rotary Youth Enrichment Program).
