The Intersections of Race and Gender in Science Academia

Michelle is the Senior Director of Faculty Development, at the University of Alberta. In that role, she oversees the advancement portfolios in the Health Sciences and Faculty of Science. Prior to that, she worked as the Assistant Dean of Advancement in the Faculty of Science for several years. Her background is primarily in the charitable sector, having spent over a decade in fundraising, external relations and organizational management roles.
