Hello!

Thought I would follow the good example of the other exchange students and write you a little update on my life as well :-)

I've started my second year of university, still studying political science. i've got a new course this year called International Relations, so perhaps I can figure out who really is entitled to Hans Ø (island), but of course it must be us Danes, you have enough land ;-)
I really like university though, the people there are great and the courses I take are really interesting.

Like Heidi I had a long summer holiday. I worked most of the time though, maybe a bit too much, but then I earned some money. I went to Ireland with my mum and dad for nearly 3 weeks. And no it didn't rain all the time, in fact it was nearly 25 degrees the entire time, very nice. We had rented a house on the south west coast close to a little town called Glengariff. It was a very beautiful area, everything is so lush and green. I can only recommend going to Ireland, nice people, nice culture and nice pubs...
During the summer I also went a week away with Mikkel, we just went to his parents cabin in north of Zealand but it was nice to get away for a little while.
My grand mother (my mum's mother) passed away in late july, it was expected but still very hard and sad. She was the last grand parent I had left and the one i've always been closest to.

Something good happende during the summer as well though, Mikkel moved in with me. So far it's going really well and we agreed almost on evertying to where to place all our things.

I think that's what's been going on in my life lately, right now Ï'm looking forward to go to Malta with my parents and Mikkel for an autumn break (there is something about our exchange students and the love of travel!).
