RCES Board Meeting, Jun 2015

Our last board meeting is quickly approaching and after a year of hard work,with splendid results, i would like to invite yourself and your spouse for  a more informal wind-up board meeting to be held at my house at 18H00 and finishing whenever Friday 19 th June. The formal activities however, will be strictly pinned at 30 minutes, and only absolute must subjects will be discussed. 

Pork ribs will be on the menu. Please RSVP so that we can get our numbers for the feast. Should there be any dietary objections, please let me know, so that we can accommodate everyone.

• Drive EAST of Hwy 16 towards Lloydminster.
• Pass the Hwy 21 intersection and continue for 18 kms to Range Road 211.
• Turn right (South) at RR211. (There is a sign Antler Lake.  This is before Elk Island Park.)
• Drive south for 2 km on RR211.
• Turn left (East) at the WOODVILLE ESTATES sign.
• It’s the 2^nd house on the right #290. (There is a Canadian Flag in front of the house)
