Dr. Katie Peterson shared some facts about human trafficking and it's effects on the people involved. 120 countries have signed an agreement to battle the problem. Commonly thought to include only sex workers and female (65%), Katie pointed out that men and cheap (or free) labour (35%) are an unwanted commodity when run by exploiters for their own gain.
