SIS and RTJSIS programs

Various  committee members from the SIS and RTJSIS programs will give updates and we will also hear from current students and mentors about the impact these programs have had on their lives.

The Stay in School Program (SIS) has been a signature program of our Club for the past 20 years. The SIS Program helps youth in Calgary get access to mentors and funding to graduate high school and pursue post-secondary education. In addition, the Rotary Tom Jackson Stay in School Program (RTJSIS) was formed 7 years ago to support vulnerable Indigenous youth to keep them motivated in life and to continue their education to graduate high school and beyond.
