"Alberta has one of the highest high school drop-out rates in the country, resulting in low productivity and higher long-term social costs. The Stay in School program is addressing this issue by providing one-on-one mentorship and funding for post-secondary education to students at risk. Rotary, through the Stay in School program, also is tackling our employers' number one issue – access to a skilled workforce. Supporting the Stay in School program is in every Calgary employer's best interest."
