Discover Placer Valley
Last week's speaker, Kim Summers, CEO of Placer Valley Tourism, shared about the PVT mission to improve the health of the hotel industry in our area. We heard about @ The Grounds, a project that PVT and Placer County collaborated on to revitalize the old fairgrounds as well as some future developments to positively impact and increase tourism in our community

Rotary Creek Clean-up Project
Our Creek Clean-up project this year is four weeks away and will take place on Saturday, September 14th. The project will begin at 8:00 am and wrap up at approximately 11:00 am (or when we finish if sooner). It’s a great opportunity to come out and help us with a creek clean-up project that provides us with a chance to gather and give back to the community.
This project will allow us to gather together, enjoy some fresh air, and visit other Rotarians, family members, friends, and other volunteers. Please see the upcoming events for more details.
