Greetings fellow Rotarians, This past week I was lucky enough to share a meeting with the 7th club in existence. Boston #7, not only was I present for their monthly in person meeting, I got to be part of a new member induction. The old guards in the club shared with us that back in their day, when they were first inducted, they followed the ceremony with a Champagne party! Wow! those were the days! The good folks at Boston#7 were gracious enough to do a banner presentation which I will someday scan and place in a special page of our website, for now.

It was the song that got me first.  The Best Day of my life played on the radio while I was headed to District training or a District event about four or five times in a row.  I took it as a sign that it was my Rotary theme song.  It is very upbeat, talks about endless possibilities and looking forward.  I have found most of this band's songs have similar features and I really enjoy their music.
