Why an E-Satellite Club?

Ever since Rotary’s very first youth program was launched in 1927, thousands of young students have been given an opportunity to expand their horizons, travel abroad, learn about other cultures, developed second families in their host country, learn about Rotary and doing good in the world.

For every single one of them it has been a life altering experience, a period in their lives they will never forget. Many have gone on to continue their studies, and become amazing professionals, while keeping in touch with their host and sponsor families.

After their Rotary experience, some continued their Rotary journey through membership in Interact, Rotaract, Rotary clubs or other related programs. Many however were never invited. Considering that most of them have a lot of experience, ambition and leadership skills, the Rotary E-Club of Canada

One has invited Rotary Alumni to form an E-Satellite Club under the umbrella of RECCO. It will be these young leaders and professional who eventually lead the Rotary world for the next 50 plus years. RECCO members can learn from them and in turn are willing to share their knowledge and experience in Rotary and business.

Any young professional between the age of 18 and 45 is invited to be part of this E-Satellite club. Even those with no Rotary experience are welcome to join.
