Honorary Membership Awarded
Former RECCO President Peter Denooy was a well-respected Rotarian who gave 200% to our E-Club. He loved being a Rotarian, which he regularly demonstrated. Peter was our Zoom Master and YouTube Librarian. He worked tirelessly on his own initiative for our club. His partner Ileana Moreno has been always very supportive of Peter’s Rotary involvement and enjoyed traveling with him to visit Terra Clubs, pod meetings and many other Rotary events, such as District Conferences and International Conventions.
Ileana has made several friends in our club and appreciates the support received from our members since Peter passed away.
In honor of Peter, the RECCO Board has awarded Ileana Honorary Member Status, which allows her to attend any of our meetings, without any obligation.
