Greeter Responsibilities:
- Set up the wooden box of badges (pull out from closet at Legion Hall)
- Greet attendees between 11:50 AM & 12:15 PM
- Hand out badges as you welcome club members and guests to the meeting.
- Introduce guests to a board member as a dining partner.
- If you cannot make your scheduled meeting,
- it is your responsibility to switch with someone else.
- Then let Cindy Petted and the Vice President (currently Minal Hahm) know so it can be changed on the calendar.
