Thrillers and Mysteries Set in Wisconsin

If truth can be stranger than fiction, then fiction can be truer than the truth.  Make-believe stories built around themes, events, and characters based in reality can open up avenues for deeper understanding of the emotional, psychological, and cultural impacts of "the facts."

John Galligan is the author of six novels, most recently Bad Axe County, a thriller set in the coulees of southwest Wisconsin. A sequel, Dead Man Polka, will be be released next summer. He has taught writing at Madison College for over thirty years.
