It's been a productive and successful year for Madison South Rotary, much of it due to the leadership of President Mike True.
Mike presided over a club that:
- Exceeded its membership goal, reaching 74 members.
- Gave 57 grants to non-profit groups, totaling $40,000.
- Provided more than $30,000 to 16 deserving students in the form of scholarships.
And, importantly, we had fun doing it all.
In short, Mike said, “We showed up.” He said we gave our “time, resources, ideas and heart.” And Mike provided the leadership necessary to make it all happen. Plus, he kept us laughing with his Joke of the Week.
