Jorge Perez-Trejo Named Outstanding Student

Edgewood High's School's Jorge Perez-Trejo so impressed his guidance counselor she refers to him as the "complete package."
Jorge, Madison South's Outstanding Student, was born in Mexico and came to the U.S. as a young child. Theresa Conybear, of Edgewood High School, says he is not only a scholar, but compassionate and strong in character.
Jorge is a volunteer for Centro Hispano, where he translates for people, paints and even cleans bathrooms.
He enjoys soccer and is planning to attend college. He mentioned law, accounting and public service as possible career choices.
