Join Jackie Falch, Director of the Madison branch of Call for Action, to learn about how they work to resolve consumer issues related to common financial scams that target older adults. Call for Action is a nonprofit that partners with News 3 Now to respond to consumer calls, mediates on behalf of the consumer with the company in question, and gets results (and often refunds).
