Meeting Activities
Meeing Activities, a club service, focuses on making clubs strong. A thriving club is anchored by strong relationships and an active membership development plan.
- Greeters
- Meet and greet members as they arrive at our meetings.
- Cashier
- Take payment for lunches and meeting fees at our meetings.
- Sergeant at Arms
- Help set up and clean up meetings and assist the cashier.
- Visitors Desk
- Assist guests and visiting Rotarians with registration and name tags as they arrive at our meeting.
- Four Way Test: 1) Is it the truth? 2) Is if fair to all concerned? 3) Will it build good will and better friendships? 4) Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
- Lead the group in reciting the Four Way Test during our meeting.
- Reflection
- Give a short meditation, inspirational message, or ecumenical prayer at the beginning of our meeting.

- Programs
- Review and schedule a varied programs calendar for each Rotary year. Communicate with, host, and introduce speakers.
