Those of us that have been involved with Rotary for a number of years tend to forget that not everyone is familiar with all the acronyms or phrases associated with Rotary.
You may have seen or heard the phrase “Every Rotarian Every Year” and wondered what am I supposed to be doing every year? Looking in the rearview mirror, as Rotary approached the 100th anniversary in 2005 there was an initiative to encourage annual participation and contributions to The Rotary Foundation. The goal was to have every club contribute $100 per capita to the Foundation. This became such a successful campaign that it has continued to today. I'm sure I will be corrected if this is wrong, but for as long as I can see the Rotary Club of Northampton Cuyahoga Valley has been an Every Rotarian Every Year club!! I look forward to continuing this great tradition.
