Service Survey

As we approach the summer months I would like to gather input on service project options.  This includes, what type of service projects the members would like to participate in as well as if they should be during the regular lunch meeting time.  These dates would align with our skipped lunch meetings the second week of the month.

This brief survey will allow you to share your thoughts with club leadership.  You may select as many options as you want.
