President's Meeting Foundation Dinner

We will be honored to have you attend the November Club Presidents meeting which is our Annual Foundation Dinner Meeting.

6:30 p.m. registration

7:00 p.m. start

9:00 p.m. adjournment  

This important meeting will include a District 7070 Financial Update, from District Treasurer, Devon Biddle.  For the Club Presidents, we have two items to present for questions and one for voting.

1. Presentation of The Governance Committee recommendations for revisions to the D7070 Guidelines of Policy and Procedure as approved by the Board.

2. Presentation of the District 7070 Financial Statements for 2015-16 and 2016-17, Reviewed by Howard Back CPA Professional Corporation and Approved by the Board.

3. Recommendation of appointment of Howard a Back, CPA Professional Corporation as our Accountant to Review the 2017-18 Financial Statements. A Motion for approval will be required.
