Arthur A. Fenniman

ARTHUR FENNIMAN AWARD, SPONSORED BY THE MAYWOOD ROTARY CLUB TO HONOR ONE OF THE DISTRICT'S OUTSTANDING MEMBERS WHO LIVE THE FOUR-WAY TEST.
The Arthur A. Fenniman Award is one of the most prestigious awards in our District and is sponsored by the Maywood Rotary Club. It is given to an outstanding Rotarian that demonstrates his or her commitment to "The Four Way Test" and truly exemplifies the Rotarian way of life. The award is named after the late Art Fenniman, a Rotarian's Rotarian, a former member of the Maywood Club. The award is generally presented to the winner at the District Conference.
The DGN is responsible for requesting applications for the Art Fenniman Award. This is usually done in February or March so that there is sufficient time to get the applications in. The DGN is also responsible for receiving and filing all applications, and for putting together a committee to choose the winner. This should consist of two PDG's, four Club Presidents (two from Bergen, one from Passaic and one from Hudson County) and should include at least one former winner, if possible.
