The District 5370 Learning & Development Committee supports the priorities of the Rotary Action Plan by strengthening leadership, increasing member engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. The committee is dedicated to making your Rotary learning accessible, enjoyable, and worthwhile.
Through opportunities such as President-Elect Seminars (PELS) and the District Training Assembly, Rotarians can gain valuable tools, share ideas, and build connections across the district. President-Elect Seminars are designed to prepare incoming leaders for a successful Rotary year, equipping them with the tools and confidence they need to lead effectively. The District Training Assemblies are open to all Rotarians.
We know you value practical tools and innovative ideas that strengthen member engagement, support diversity and inclusion, enhance members experience Rotary digital proficiency through Club Runner and provide peace literacy education.
Our goal is simple: make learning work for you by providing opportunities that inspire you, support your growth, and fit into your life.
We encourage every Rotarian to access the wealth of resources available through Rotary International at your own pace and comfort level either independently, alongside your club, or through district-led sessions. There is no single pathway, only the one that supports your journey.
We are grateful to the dedicated volunteers who serve on the Learning & Development Committee and help create welcoming, practical opportunities for growth.
When we invest in learning, we invest in each other and in the continued strength of Rotary in our communities.
